The content on this website, including but not limited to architectural renderings, floor plans, specifications, and pricing, is for general informational purposes only.
- Artistic Impressions: Images, 3D renderings, and walkthroughs are artistic impressions and representational in nature. They do not constitute a legal offering or binding commitment.
- Dimensions & Areas: All floor plans, carpet areas, and dimensions are approximate and subject to final construction variances and statutory approvals.
- MahaRERA Compliance: The project is registered under MahaRERA. Complete details are available on the official MahaRERA portal. In the event of any discrepancy, the details registered with MahaRERA shall prevail.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By requesting access to our private portfolio or gated brochures, you represent and warrant that:

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Shrijay Realinfra and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
